Marina Venediktova was born in 1974 in Kazan and has lived in St. Petersburg since 2006. She studied at the National Youth Art School in Kazan from 1985 to 1990, and later completed academic training in drawing and painting at the ArtMir Art School at the Academy of Arts of St. Petersburg from 2008 to 2012. She also trained in private workshops with contemporary Russian artists Valery Shishkin, Anna Marinova, and Andrey Romasyukov between 2010 and 2013, and studied astrology at the Academy of Astrology of St. Petersburg from 2010 to 2014, becoming a member of the International Union of Astrologers in 2014.
In 2012 she opened the drawing studio "Talent Company" for teaching adults and children. From 2010 to 2018, she painted still life works in the Dutch tradition, followed by copies of female portraits by artists of the 18th and 19th centuries from 2019 to 2020. During 2020 and 2021, she created approximately fifty paintings in a different style, several of which were purchased by Russian designers for restaurant and hotel interiors in Moscow and Novgorod.
Her work has been exhibited at the Swiss Art Expo in Zurich in 2021, in the individual exhibition "Something that Warms the Hearts" at Art Gallery MAS in Novorossiysk in 2021, and in the group exhibition "Artists of St. Petersburg" at W&P Gallery in St. Petersburg in August 2021. Her work has been featured in ARTBaazar Magazine, Obsessed with Art Magazine, and JaamZIN Creative Magazine.
