About Maksim Kill-Wolf
Kyiv, Ukraine
I was born and raised in Poltava, Ukraine, and I am now 53 years old. I currently live and work in Kyiv. I have been engaged in photography for more than 25 years, developing it from a passion into a way of life.
Throughout my career, I have received recognition for my work, including a FIAP diploma for my series “Prague-1905”, a tribute to memory and cultural continuity. My photographs have been exhibited in institutions such as Chernihiv Historical Museum, Lavra Gallery, Verkhovna Rada Art Gallery, Fashion Gallery, Makashiv Photo Center, Artdvir Gallery, as well as in solo exhibitions including “Galushka” and shows in Sumy. I also participated in the international exhibition “Our Ukraine: Free and Independent”.
My works are held in private and public collections. Through my photodzen style, which combines Zen philosophy and light painting, I aim to capture the invisible, reveal subtle connections in the world, and invite viewers into a space of silence, depth, and contemplation.
