Katwrina Golban

Katwrina Golban lives and works in Chișinău, where she creates paintings based on images found on the internet or drawn from her own life. Her work includes large watercolor sketches that work with simple, iconic forms.

Golban has been painting professionally for over thirty years. Her practice draws from Hopper, figurative art, and pop art, informed by her love of color, provocation, and large canvases.
