Jstranzhur

Jstranzhur is a 25-year-old self-taught artist from Bulacan. His approach to portraiture developed from the challenge of depicting realistic faces, leading him to explore unconventional patterns and forms that exist outside nature. His works present images from his own reality that do not exist in the natural world. MSG is his second solo exhibition, following his receipt of a 2019 VAMD Exhibition Venue Grant from the Cultural Center of the Philippines.
