Born in Pennsylvania now living in Texas. Studied under William Haring, a member of the Southwest Watercolor Society. Awarded two scholarships to the Laguna Gloria Art Museum and School in Austin, TX. Member of Lower Keys Art Guild. Attended art shows along the Florida Keys and was a top seller. Edmund's art can be found all over the states and in over forty countries.
