My name is Bogui David, a young artist of 18 years who is still searching for his voice through color.

Being around Mauhry Fondio for a long time and evolving in the workshop of Patrice Gbobe has shaped my sensitivity.

I have learned to look: the fragile beauty of nature, but also that of the faces and the stories they carry.

Every day, I practice better understanding portrait and human anatomy, one gesture after another.

For me, creating is letting my emotions come out of the shadows and come to life on the canvas.
