Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point your domain to us (we send you the two DNS records, or set it up with you) and your site runs on www.yourgallery.com with a secure certificate. Your Online Gallery address keeps working too.
Do my artists need an account?
No. You can create and manage a profile for every artist yourself. If an artist already has an Online Gallery account, you link them; they approve once and you can manage their works.
Do you take commission on sales?
No. A fixed monthly or yearly fee, that's all. Sales go directly between you and your client — with your own payment link if you like.
Can you move our existing website?
Yes. Send us your current site and your artist list; we import artists, works, exhibitions and texts for a one-off fee. Most galleries are live within a week.
What about our existing newsletter list?
Import it as CSV (name, e-mail, tags) into your client list. Everyone who was subscribed stays subscribed; new visitors sign up on your website with double opt-in.
Can several people work in the dashboard?
Yes. Invite colleagues by e-mail. The Gallery plan has two seats, Gallery Pro has no limit.
What if we stop?
Cancel any time. Your data is yours: export works, clients and subscribers whenever you want.
