Nobody sees the Louvre in a day, so the trick is to choose. Egyptian antiquities, Islamic art, French painting, the Greek sculpture galleries — pick two wings and let the rest go. The Mona Lisa is smaller and busier than you expect; the Winged Victory on the staircase is neither.
