All these drawings are works from the “Harsh Realities” series. After the economic crisis in Greece, life became very difficult. People were losing their Jobs, small stores were closing, ⅓rd of our paycheck cutted down, etc. etc. So it came to me the idea to make something about it. To express that harsh period we had suffered. I started looking in internet for images (as models to draw), that had something depressing about them. Either obvious and direct or indirect, there was something depressive lying beneath in them. I am still working on the project.
