Anneke Ingelse: Light and Structure
Anneke Ingelse works from her studio in Gouda, creating paintings that balance abstraction with observation. After studying at the Free Academy in The Hague and graduating cum laude from IKO Academy in Belgium, she exhibited at the Stedelijk Museum in Hoogstraten. Her practice moves between modernist geometry and natural subjects—windows, clouds, fields, and architectural forms become frameworks for exploring how light shapes what we see. Working with clean lines and open composition, Ingelse builds visual rhythms that feel both contemplative and grounded, inviting viewers to find quiet moments in everyday structures and views.
