Rembrandt House Museum
The house where Rembrandt lived, worked and went bankrupt — reconstructed room by room.
The bankruptcy inventory of 1656 listed every object in the house, which is why the studio, the cabinet of curiosities and the paint kitchen could be rebuilt exactly. Daily demonstrations of etching and paint grinding.
