Acrylic painting on canvas that uses the pure 12 tertiary colors according to the Itten color wheel. The yellows and the middle squares are slightly brightened, creating an impression of "light incidence" or "window". Above the basic grid of a 6 x 6 square division are "anchoring" corner blocks. The motif is rotated 45° against the image format, resulting in two hanging options that are technically prepared: 1) Hanging corner square - a rhombus with a pronounced peak character and a very stable horizontal-vertical inner geometry is created. The four possible hanging variants provide quite varied image statements. (Photo 1 and 7) 2) Hanging long side square - in this, actually more conventional, calmer hanging, the dynamics of the diagonal appear stronger from within - and extends beyond the format edges.
