Based on the Demmink affair. Demmink remained silent for fourteen years while he was constantly linked in the media to pedophilia and the rape of underage boys. The case was swept under the rug but was almost reignited by Pieter Omtzicht. Ultimately, the court of appeal in Arnhem decided in 2017 that the Public Prosecution Service could stop the prosecution. The former senior official of Justice Joris Demmink was not prosecuted for sexual abuse of minors.
