"Line Dancing pt II"(2013)

This conceptual dance shot is part of an ongoing personal project commenced in 2013 in London. The lines on the dancer were achieved completely 'in-camera' with lighting and not in post production. Printed in 2019. This image won a Bronze medal in the 'Special Effects' category at the 2014 International Photography Awards (IPA) together with it's sister image, Line Dancing Pt.I" The print is signed at the bottom right side on the back and carries the artist's stamp and edition number. It also comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. This is a digital c-type print printed on Fuji matt crystal archive paper.. The actual image size is approximately 56.2cm x 42.2cm. Paper size - 24" x 20" (60.96cm x 50.80cm). Posted in a hard tube with Royal Mail from the U.K tracked and insured. Spiros Politis is a renowned London based photographer with several works in The National Portrait Gallery’s collection of photography. He has won awards for his work in both USA and Europe.
