Magpie 26. Presence in Dissolution. About the work: "Four figures ascend in unison, moving upward and out of the frame. Amidst their speed, their eyes meet ours—a gaze that lingers even as they fly forward. They move through a thick mist where contours dissolve. It is no longer a flight, but an ongoing transformation where plumage becomes one with the blue-black sky. As a choreographer, I see this as a gaze breaking ”the fourth wall.” They see us, but they already belong to the cosmos. An androgynous transition where solid matter turns into ethereal presence".
