Parents.

The older I get, the more often images of my parents appear in my head. I don't know why this is happening. After all, I have already experienced both of them. They died at a fairly young age. I would not call it a portrait, or even an attempt at a portrait. It is rather an image of the parents. This is what arises in me and seeks a way out. A strange compositional decision allows us to understand that these are more memories of people than people themselves. That they are rather dead than alive. Retro style refers to the second half of the 20th century. When they were still young and I was a child. This picture is a fragment of my memory. I drew them on the back on purpose. Maybe someone else recognizes in these people their relatives or close people. Maybe for someone this picture will be a reason to remember that we all have or have had parents. Just remember them.
