Menno Vos

Menno Vos was born and raised in Dordrecht. His art began with photography and a passion for traveling, and his travel photographs have been published in various Dutch magazines. While he continues to work in photography, he now focuses primarily on abstract painting. His inspiration draws from the people he meets, the images he sees, and the emotions he experiences while traveling.

Vos's work reflects his desire to understand people and engage deeply with them. His paintings are colorful, layered, and often mysterious. He has exhibited in New York, Las Vegas, Hamburg, Madrid, Turin, Rome, Vienna, and Lisbon, as well as in various hotels across Europe and Asia. His work has also been featured in art magazines and books.

Vos lives and works in Apeldoorn, where he maintains a studio in gallery ArtFra on Stationsstraat 28. He runs Menno Vos Gallery & Atelier on Schiermonnikoog together with his wife Roely.
