MAJA

Maja lives and works in Amsterdam. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts and Conservation and Restoration, a Master's Degree in Fine Arts, and a PhD in Art History.

Her work draws inspiration from travel, everyday experiences, and her grandmother's poetry. The colors in her paintings are drawn from nature, often bright and rich, applied with spontaneity. She focuses on creating positive representations of life through the visual.

Maja has held eight solo exhibitions and won three awards. Her work has been included in many international exhibitions and is held in art collections worldwide.
