Jehan Saleh

Jehan Saleh is an Egyptian artist and art educator based in Bahrain. She began her career as an art teacher before joining Albareh Art Gallery as Gallery Coordinator and Business Development Manager. She is the founder of Bahrain Women Printmakers and owns Jehan Saleh Printmaking Studio and Art Concept in Bahrain.

Saleh conducts workshops in portraiture, mixed media, charcoal and pencil drawing, photo collage, and printmaking. She has curated numerous solo and group exhibitions, including Lines of Light (2019), Out of Time (2017), Insight (2016), and Stamp 1 (2013).

Her work has been exhibited in Australia, Bahrain, Egypt, Greece, Kuwait, Geneva, Morocco, Spain, Switzerland, the UAE, and the UK. Saleh holds a Bachelor of Art Education from the Faculty of Specific Education in Port Said, Egypt, and has received a number of prizes and awards.
