Ineke Tulp attended a few years of preparatory painting training at the Royal Academy of Art and Design in 's Hertogenbosch in the early 1960s, and later studied for five years at the AKI Academy of Fine Arts & Design in Enschede, where she graduated in 1996………During the nineteen sixties, Ineke Tulp followed an introductory course in painting at the Royal Academy of Art and Design in 's Hertogenbosch.
