The Idling Dragon

These little creatures fascinate me as perfect fliers in control with beautiful patterns and a plethora of colours, a piece of art in themselves really, so I took some time to paint one.  

I gave this piece a bit of detail which is worked on a gallery wrapped stretched canvas and it is also painted on all four sides in ‘Burnt Umber’ like in the additional pictures. This way, it does not have to be framed and looks finished as it is.
