Dance with Me
About the work
Most of my paintings come first as visions. Sometimes I see only the colors, sometimes - only textures or shapes. "Dance with me" came as a very clear image of golden and silver cords on a white shimmery background. It came immediately with the title, which is very rare.
It also takes a while to understand what I have created, or better to say - co-created. With this work I've got the response about its meaning a few weeks after I have completed it.
We are all vibrating at different frequencies. Music is a very vivid illustration of frequency. We can dance the same dance only if we hear the same music. To avoid dissonance, we need to be able to listen to the same music, or to align to the same frequency.
"Dance with me" is about respect, harmony, joy of life and unity.
