About the work

I spent 1 week painting in Tuscany in between 2 lockdowns... september 2020.

Greve in Chianti is a lovely small village in Tuscany (Italy). I made this painting pleinair! The shadows on the building, the roofs and the narrow street caught my eyes! This beautiful view deserved a painting!
