Oscar de Wit-Snijder
Autodidakt (1964), geboren in Rotterdam und aufgewachsen in Apeldoorn. Oscar de Wit hat einen kreativen Geist, strebt nach Qualität, liebt Herausforderungen und ist ein Perfektionist in seinem Beruf. Er hat die MBO-Ausbildung abgeschlossen und in den Einzelhandel eingestiegen. Dennoch blieb ihn die Kreativität beschäftigt und so begann er zu malen und zu zeichnen. Durch seinen Leistungssport wurde alles auf die lange Bank geschoben. Nach einigen Jahren begann es ihn wieder zu jucken, kreativ zu sein, und so begann er sich mit Fotografie und insbesondere mit der Bearbeitung zu beschäftigen. Nach Jahren des Experimentierens entwickelte sich ein ganz eigener Stil.
Die Konturen seines einzigartigen Stils ('HDR-Old Style') wurden bei seinem ersten Projekt über Handwerke und monumentale Gebäude in und um Apeldoorn sichtbar. Im Laufe der Zeit perfektionierte er seinen Stil und begann, Projekte in „seinem Stil“ festzuhalten. Mit seinem authentischen Stil ruft De Wit-Snijder eine Atmosphäre der Nostalgie hervor und nimmt den Betrachter mit zurück in vergangene Zeiten.
Projekte
So hat er die „10 außergewöhnlichsten historischen Bibliotheken der Niederlande“ festgehalten und dieses Projekt wurde auch in Europa gestartet. Inzwischen hat auch das Schlossprojekt in den Niederlanden und Europa begonnen. Die 7 Schlösser der Geldersch Landschaft & Schlösser wurden festgehalten und ein Fotobuch ist in Arbeit.
